1:ORDERS

If you see something in the store which you would like to alter in any way, please let me know and I will endeavour to help you. I will happily undertake custom orders, please contact me with your requests.

 

A Feathered Affair uses Paypal as the payment method for the online store which is secure and simple to use. You can pay for your item either with your Paypal account or simply use your credit or debit card.

2:SHIPPING

Every order is dispatched from London, UK and I aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. Items will be shipped to the buyer's mailing address as listed, so please make sure that your listed address and Paypal address are correct before purchasing. 

All items are safely wrapped for transit in ribbon wrapped gift boxes, bubble wrap and brown paper. Each order is sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery in the UK as standard. 

A Feathered Affair cannot guarantee that you will receive the item by a specific date. Please allow sufficient time to receive your order, especially internationally. 

 

3:INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Worldwide shipping is available, we have listed the prices for international shipping in the item details, but please contact us if you have any questions.

 

Shipping to the US and internationally is via Royal Mail standard airmail, which does not include tracking.

 

Express international shipping via UPS is available at an extra cost if you need your item in a hurry, please contact us for details.

 

International Buyers: Please also be aware that there is a chance you will be charged customs fees. You can check with your local post office before ordering to see what the customs fee rate is if you are concerned.

4:RETURNS

We try to provide as much information in our listings as possible, including several photographs. This is to make sure that we have depicted the item you are purchasing accurately. 

Buy with confidence - your purchase is covered by the Distance Selling Regulations, which gives you the right to request an exchange or refund of your purchase within 7 working days after the day that you receive you order. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable and return p&p costs are at the customer's expense. Exchange items will be subject to a supplementary p&p fee. Your item must be returned in the original condition, unworn, in the original gift packaging and suitably packaged to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.
